Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data TheCamRoom processes and how you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).

We don't ask you to register or provide any identifying details. Only when you click on a cam do we store:

We also measure visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address and only produces anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type).

3. Why we use it and legal basis

We use this data solely to compile statistics on the most visited cams and to detect abusive or automated use (bots). The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding and protecting how the site works. We don't use it for profiling, we make no automated decisions with it and we don't share it with third parties.

Clicks, including IP addresses, are automatically deleted after 90 days.

5. Third-party services

Cam images and live streams are loaded directly from Chaturbate's servers (Multi Media, LLC), which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Clicking “Open room on Chaturbate” takes you off this site. That processing is governed by Chaturbate's privacy policy.

6. Cookies

This site sets a single cookie of its own, age_verified, which remembers for 30 days that you confirmed you are 18 or older. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, contains no personal data and is not used for tracking, so it doesn't require consent. Any other cookies you receive come from the Chaturbate content embedded in each room page.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to the contact address above. Please include the IP address you browse from so we can locate your data. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

8. Minimum age

This site is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly process data from minors.
